All manuscripts must be submitted electronically in PDF format before the deadline. Only English manuscripts are acceptable. The paper template in LaTeX or Word can be downloaded from website of Springer https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines. A paper or extended abstract should be submitted via https://cms.amss.ac.cn (referred to CMS below) which is an online conference management system. Please submit your paper abstract with title at your earliest convenience and update your paper/abstract before the deadline. Proposals of special sessions are welcome. To organize a special session, in which 5-8 papers should be invited, just submit your ideas in the CMS. Business proposals in Chinese or English are also welcome for roadshows, which will be organized as a special event to promote technologies. A contest on AI in games will also be organized as a special event. Students and researchers are welcome to participate this new interesting contest. See the conference website for more details on the AI contest and the submission of papers, extended abstracts, session proposals or business proposals.
* The majority of papers to be published in ISCIIA & ITCA proceedings should be full papers (12 to 15 pages in the LNCS/CCIS one-column page format); while short papers and poster papers (no less than 6 pages) should only make up selected papers to be published. Students are also encouraged to submit Brief Papers of no less than two pages (in English, Chinese or Japanese) to present their ideas, and the papers will be included in the proceedings but not be sent for EI indexing.
